The flowers of the Moringa tree are only rarely harvested as they develop the seeds from which the popular Moringa oil is gained by cold-pressing. This makes the flowers a very exclusive product. In their dried form they can be prepared to make a refreshing tea. The taste is reminiscent of fresh cucumber. On its own or mixed with Moringa leaves, Moringa flowers are always a special treat!
