Our Teff comes from Ethiopia, the cradle of Teff. In Ethiopia Teff is already being cultivated for thousands of years and it is an important staple of the local diet. Our partner has been able to demonstrate the sustainable cultivation and trade of Teff seeds, granting him a rare, special permission to export unprocessed Teff seeds.
