- 100gr Teff seed
- 100gr low-fat curd cheese
- 10gr baking powder
- 5gr sesame seeds
- Bread spices as required (oregano, garlic, onion, etc.)
Mix the ingredients well and spread out on a flat plate. Then place in the microwave for 17 minutes. Allow to cool briefly, cut into slices and enjoy!
