You like it colorful? Then you’re going to love this hibiscus latte! The deep-red color of the hibiscus flower powder is responsible for the delicate purple color of the latte. The carefully selected spices round out the profile of the naturally sour hibiscus flowers and give it a fine oriental note. This drink is full of power and should not be missed as an alternative to coffee.
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
- 2 TL Hibiscus flower powder
- 2 TL coconut flower sugar
- 1/2 TL cinnamon
- 1TL gingerbread spice
Add the mixture to frothed milk or milk alternative and stir with a whisk. It is that simple!
